We have teamed up with Top Fitness to put together some at-home workouts for all of our athletes. Top Fitness is one of the premier strength and conditioning companies specializing in athlete development. With gyms and rinks closed, we need to find ways to continue to get better for next season.
Scott has put together weekly workouts that can be done at home with little to no fitness equipment needed. We will release a worksheet to follow along with a video demonstrating each excise.
